Barakah Bedtime — Islamic Sleep Stories

            The short version: Barakah Bedtime provides Islamic sleep stories for kids. Use the app for personal enjoyment, respect our content, and manage your subscription through Apple. That covers most of it.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Barakah Bedtime ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the App, you accept these terms on their behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

Barakah Bedtime is an Islamic sleep stories app designed for children. The App provides:

Narrated prophet stories — beautifully told audio stories of prophets such as Yusuf, Musa, and Ibrahim.
Full narratives and micro scenes — longer stories for bedtime and shorter scenes for quick listening.
Sleep-friendly features — sleep timers, gentle audio fades, and offline downloads.

The App does not include user accounts, social features, advertising, or user-generated content.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Barakah Bedtime offers optional subscriptions to unlock the full story library:

Monthly — $4.99/month
Yearly — $29.99/year

All subscriptions are processed and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms of service.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Barakah Bedtime does not process payments directly and has no access to your payment information.

4. Free Content

Barakah Bedtime offers one rotating free prophet each month, allowing you to explore the App before subscribing. The selection of free content may change at any time without prior notice. Access to the full library requires an active subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to audio stories, narration, artwork, illustrations, music, sound effects, and written materials — is owned by or licensed to Barakah Bedtime and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Barakah Bedtime for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

Record, redistribute, or re-upload any audio stories or other content from the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use the App or its content for any commercial purpose without written authorization.
Circumvent or interfere with any security or access-control features of the App.

7. Disclaimer

The stories and content in Barakah Bedtime are intended for educational and spiritual enrichment. They are retellings of prophetic narratives drawn from authentic Islamic sources, presented in a child-friendly format.

Barakah Bedtime is not a substitute for formal Islamic education, scholarly instruction, or parental guidance on religious matters. We encourage parents to use the stories as a starting point for deeper conversations about faith with their children.

The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Barakah Bedtime and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or its subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
